All tools supplied by PowerFix Direct carry a full manufacturers warranty.

Always read the operator instructions & always wear the recommended safety equipment. Should you experience problems with your tool on your intended application, please contact us for advise via the details listed in the Contact us page.

PowerFix Direct offer a complete service back-up. We will be happy to collect your tool, return it to our service centre where we will contact you with an estimate for agreement to carry out the work prior to commencement. On completion of the required repairs we will return the tool to you at a location of your convenience.

Should any delivery arrive damaged, please do not accept delivery as we cannot make any claims from the carriers once you have signed for the goods in good order.

Please check your delivery before signing for it. PowerFix Direct cannot be held responsible for damaged good once you have signed for them.
